Webloom Labs is the trading name of WEBLOOM LABS (PVT) LTD, a private limited company incorporated in Sri Lanka on 18 August 2026 under the Companies Act No. 7 of 2007, company number PV 00371368.

Using this site

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may read, browse, and share the pages here. You may not attempt to break into the site or its infrastructure, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or copy substantial parts of it to pass off as your own.

This site is not a contract

The pages here describe what we do, and the case studies describe work we have delivered. None of it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to particular prices, timelines, or outcomes.

Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Intellectual property

The design, text, code, and images on this site belong to WEBLOOM LABS (PVT) LTD, except where they belong to someone else.

Client names, logos, product names, and screenshots remain the property of those clients. They appear here as a record of work we did, with permission, and nothing on this page transfers any right in them to us or to you.

Case studies and testimonials

Case studies describe projects we actually delivered, and testimonials are the words of the people credited. They describe particular projects under particular constraints, and they are not a promise that your project will produce the same result.

If you are a client and want something about your project changed or removed, email us and we will do it.

Links to other sites

We link to client sites and to third-party tools. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content may go out of date, and the site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind so far as the law allows.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from your use of this website. Liability for work we do for clients is dealt with in the relevant project agreement, not here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed.
