Suggested meta description: Ten n8n workflows that take over the tracking work: prices, stock, expenses, revenue, leads, SLAs and more. Each one comes with a template you can import today.

If your company tracks everything, someone is probably spending hours a week on it. They copy numbers between tabs, check dashboards on a schedule, and build the Monday report by hand. The numbers are useful, but gathering them is the expensive part.

The fix is rarely another dashboard. It is a workflow that collects the data, checks it against a rule, and tells a human only when something needs attention. Below are ten n8n workflows that do this, each with a ready-made template. Import one, connect your accounts, and you'll have something working the same afternoon.

1. Competitor price tracker

Checking competitor prices by hand does not scale past a handful of products. This workflow runs on a daily schedule, loops through competitor product URLs and scrapes the current prices with Bright Data. It logs all pricing data to Google Sheets for historical tracking and trend analysis. When a competitor undercuts you by more than your threshold, it sends detailed alerts via Slack and email to your pricing team.

Good for: e-commerce, marketplaces, SaaS pricing pages.

2. Predictive low-stock alerts

A "low stock" alert fires when you are already in trouble. This template works out how fast each product is selling, so it warns you before you run out. It calculates Shopify product sales velocity, predicts days until stockout, and alerts on low inventory. It also logs alerted variant IDs to Google Sheets to avoid duplicate notifications, so your team doesn't learn to ignore it.

Predictive low-stock alerts

Good for: Shopify stores with a long tail of SKUs.

3. Expense tracking from a photo

Expense reports pile up because logging them is a chore. With this workflow, an employee sends a receipt photo or PDF to a Telegram bot. The workflow extracts vendor, amount, date, and category using AI, and organizes expenses into monthly Google Sheets tabs. If the category is unclear, it asks for clarification instead of guessing.

Good for: small teams, freelancers, anyone dreading month-end.

4. Stripe revenue reports in Slack

Nobody enjoys exporting Stripe data into a spreadsheet to answer "how did we do this month?" This workflow runs on a monthly or quarterly schedule and formats a Slack message with revenue breakdowns, top customers, refund analysis, and payment method insights. It also estimates MRR and ARR.

5. Lead capture with instant follow-up

Leads go cold when they sit in an inbox. This workflow captures website leads via a webhook, validates the data, optionally enriches it, stores it in HubSpot or a Google Sheet, and notifies your team via email and Slack. The enrichment step is designed not to block capture: if enrichment fails, the workflow continues, so a flaky API never costs you a lead.

Lead capture with instant follow-up

Good for: agencies, service businesses, any site with a contact form.

6. Support SLA monitoring

A missed SLA usually means an unhappy customer. This workflow fetches open tickets from Zendesk, calculates SLA time remaining, and sends proactive Slack alerts when tickets approach breach thresholds of 75% and 90%. At the critical threshold, it updates the ticket priority in Zendesk and logs compliance metrics to Google Sheets for reporting. You get warned while there is still time to act.

Support SLA monitoring

Good for: support teams and SaaS companies with response-time commitments.

7. Multi-site analytics reports

If you manage several websites, a morning check of each Google Analytics property adds up. This workflow automates the daily generation of analytics reports from multiple websites, processes them with OpenAI, and delivers the insights to email and Slack. You read one summary instead of opening five dashboards.

8. Brand mention monitor

Reputation problems are cheaper to fix early. This workflow monitors brand mentions across Twitter/X, Reddit and news APIs, uses AI to analyze sentiment, urgency and topics, and logs everything to Airtable. It posts alerts to Slack and emails a daily HTML digest to the marketing team. Urgent mentions reach you quickly and everything else lands in the digest.

Good for: marketing teams, founders, anyone with a public product.

9. YouTube channel monitor

Tracking competitors or creators on YouTube means constant tab-switching. This workflow monitors YouTube channels, transcribes new videos with AI, and scores them by relevance, saving everything to Google Sheets. For each video it fetches view count and like count from the YouTube API.

Good for: content teams and competitive research.

10. Agency profitability dashboard

This is the "track everything" workflow. It aggregates data from time-tracking, ad platforms and payment processors to calculate Gross Profit, Net Margin, ROAS and Efficiency. It pulls from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Stripe, and Clockify. Then Google Gemini analyzes the data and sends an executive summary to Slack, while the data is archived to Google Sheets for historical trending.

Before you automate everything

A template is a starting point, and a few things separate a demo from something you can rely on:

  • Silent failure is the real risk. An automation that breaks without telling anyone is worse than no automation. Add retries, logging and an alert for when the workflow itself fails.
  • Keep a human in the loop for consequences. Alerts and reports can run unattended. Anything that sends, pays or deletes should get a review step first.
  • Don't track what nobody acts on. If an alert never changes a decision, remove it. A noisy channel gets muted, and then the useful alert gets missed.
  • Count the running costs. API usage, hosting and maintenance as your tools change are part of the real price.

Want these built around your stack?

Templates get you 70% of the way. The remaining 30% is where the value is: connecting them to your own CRM, store, accounting tool or support desk, handling the odd cases, and making sure they keep working after your tools change.

That is the work we do at Webloom Labs. Our AI & Automation service builds n8n workflows, assistants and agents wired into the systems your team already uses, and we measure each one by the hours it saves. We start with the task someone repeats every day, not the one that would look best in a demo. We also tell you when plain automation is enough and AI isn't needed.

If one of the ten above sounds like your week, tell us about the project and we'll come back with a technical direction, scope and timeline. You can also explore the AI & Automation service first.
